Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not permitted.

If any item received is not what you ordered, returns can be requested through sales@evangeliaskitchen.com

Cancelling an Order

Evangelia’s Kitchen must be notified of cancellations within 24 hours for a full refund. You can notify us at sales@evangeliaskitchen.com

Any cancellations after this period will attract a 30% cancellation fee for stocked products and 50% for custom products,

Please note refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Evangelia’s Kitchen does not take responsibility for incorrect orders that are the product of miscommunication or misinformation.

Sale of Alcohol

Evangelia’s Kitchen provides alcohol in some of its products. Each of these products requires the consumer to verify they are 18 years of age. Evangelia’s Kitchen takes no responsibility for the misuse of this system and reserves the right to deny and refund customers who are believed to be abusing the system.

Allergen Information

Evangelia’s Kitchen ensures the highest food safety standards. Whilst we ensure to notify customers of all present allergens, traces can still be present in our products. Please take care in selecting the right products for you.

Variation of Products

While Evangelia’s Kitchen endeavors to create our sweet packs and products exactly as shown, we reserve the right to substitute any products that may not be available for a similar product. You will be notified of the change prior to shipment.
